As fast as the driver was speeding over the limit, she could’ve very well looked right, saw nothing, before looking straight ahead again and attempting to cross.

OR she could have seen him, and calculated that if the driver was driving as fast as everyone she had already saw pass her, she would have enough time to make it across.

We’ll never know exactly what she was thinking or what she saw or didn’t see.

What we do know based on the video is that driver was traveling at least 15 miles faster the posted speed limit. Had he been traveling even 5 miles an hour slower, that lady makes it across.
So what ? She miscalculated. Fuck her .

How do we know the driver didn't have a genuine emergency and the old bitch had just come from robbing a bank and was in such a hurry to get away on her stupid fucking moped that she didn't bother to check the "left turn yield on green" sign?

Speed 100% a factor in that. In the UK he’d be locked up for ‘death by dangerous driving’.
For how long, like a year? Euro prison sentences always seem to be about 10% of the length of what they'd be in the US. In the US the driver could potentially get life in prison for vehicular homicide.

when I started to drive, reflections on the windscreen were annoying and distracting, but I think you just get used to them and they get pushed outside of your vision naturally.
Yeah, I never pay attention to them myself.
I just run those people over and don't worry about it.
