Yup...I'll agree it's a strange set of circumstances and of course we're all initially looking for it to be a good old fashioned murder...hell, I initially thought it was a professional hit...before the other information came out. I happen to carry a very small Colt 1911 and have for many many years so I'm very familure with that gun's quirks. When you take the more detailed info and tie it with the oddball nature of the killing firearm...it all kinda makes sense. Given the utter and completely retarded way the officer acted with a loaded firearm he might actually be charged with our equalivent of murder second degree. The officer's a complete dipshit and should be locked up under the prison for being so incompetent with a firearm.
