You do know pretty much all criminals here are armed, right? It's in our Constitution to have a right to bear arms. If you don't agree with it I guess it's good you don't live here. We currently have an administration that keeps our borders wide open and not secured so I'm grateful we do have these rights. Plenty of gun owners here never hurt anyone with it. Marijuana is medically legal here most places, and it's helped alot of people.

It's sad I feel the need to say this (I doubt anyone here is foolish enough to need this reminder)... of you're hosting a party for your teen and friends, do not supply alcohol. Don't buy it. Don't allow it in the house and if someone underage is drinking in your house make sure they find a safe ride out of your house. Bad things can and will happen and if it happens under your roof you will be held accountable for that, one way or another.

Probably because the cop checked his pulse and realized the guy either wasn't breathing or was very faintly breathing. You should always do CPR then.. I'd probably just be the asshole who stands there recording because I don't know CPR. |

I witnessed something similar when younger, a guy slipped (when drunk of course) when taking a dive from a cliff ….also ended up sitting in a wheelchair. This video should be used as educational material.

He said he detected a weak pulse, but cyanotic. Severe trauma can cause the heart to go into an arrhythmia such as A-fib which gives a dull threaded pulse. But basically the heart is not pumping blood efficiently and needs help. When an emergency defibrillator isn't available, always maintain CPR until medical help arrives. It's probably the only thing that kept him alive until advanced treatment was available.
