Which country are you in? That is a good requirement: I’m surprised USA doesn’t have this requirement also. It would definitely be helpful in cases like this. I keep a fire extinguisher in my trunk just in case.

He would obey traffic lights like a mature adult so I dont think this would happen to him... except maybe being hit by a douche on a motorcycle. That's possible
