if you split up frame by frame at the -0:21 mark, you can see the brake lights do come on for a split second

so all these people online saying he never pushed on the brakes, are either a) watching a video of terrible quality that was re-shared 1000x times. or b) not watching a much clearer video of the incident on DR lol
