3.He was wearing a cowboy hat, not a hard hat.
4.You wouldn't bungee-jump from such a low bridge.
Conclusion, bomb-ass suicide.NOT a bungee jumping fail.

I agree, it looks like he has a camera in his right hand and looks like rope on side of the bridge. Definitely looks like a failed bungee jump.

yah I think he wuz bungee jumping--or thought he was. I think you can hear him say "Oh shhhh---" like 70 ft or a 1/2 second off the ground.
