My brother's best friend was a cop. Was. He went to McDonald's for a call about suspicious activity in the parking lot. It was a drug deal. They shot him in the face. It didn't kill him right away. He was awake for the next 12 hours with a hole in his face crying for his daughter. She was 4. He raised her alone. All she has left is a statue in the middle of town. But he was "just a cop?" Fuck off...
