Lucas can't hear you officer.... he can't squeeze your hand... he's dead... idk how I feel abt this. Did the cops know he was on something and in a psychotic state ? I do feel like he could have been tazered a couple of times ESP if they hit him in the hand and arm, he prob would hv dropped the knife out of shock ... idk - this is hard Bc he was 15, had a bad drug, had a knife , and didn't listen to cops. The cops though could hv shot him in the hand or arm or tazered him there without deadly consequences |

Re: Teenage Stabbing Suspect on LSD, Fatally Shot by a Santa Cruz County Deputy
The moment he raised the knife against the police dog, that's when the single lethal shot is fired - and rightly so. Police dogs are considered officers; if you dare to injure or attack one, that's as good as attacking a human cop, and you're pretty much done then. I still think this was a good shoot by the cops. The kids had already stabbed two people. And drugs or not, he was non-compliant. They tried non-lethal means, didn't work. In the end, he's a guy with a weapon who is already an established threat to the public. I'd sleep soundly if I was the cop who shot him. |

They did taze him, at least once - and shot him with non-lethal rounds around 5 times and it did nothing to him. Seeing how he already stabbed two people, I think that - along with also using the dog - they did everything they could before have to use lethal force.

These cops are pusslys. One Chicago cop would taken this dude down with out killing him. But I'm not surprised, because the majority of people in California are stupid fucks who don't even know who the vice president it when you ask them. All you need to do is look at the governor in CA, Jerry Brow, and the attorney General they hired. I moved here to be with my parents, what a mistake that was. It's a strange state.

smh!!!! a 15y old shot and killed in cold blood by a trained grownup adult, and he is supposed to be very professional in the line of duty he is in... but no he set up the 15y old, knowingly that the kid will raise the knife at his k9, that will justify his primature actoins by fataly shoots a 15y boy!!! |
