Are you serious? It's not like the motorist did it intentionally... There is no alcohol onboard the driver... Not to mention this is something that will no doubt haunt him for the rest of his days... My own opinion is that the motorist should be charged with manslaughter if anything... They're called accidents for a reason...because whatever happened was not intentional... I already know the answer to my next question...but I'll ask it anyway... If it were you in the hot seat would you think you deserved to be charged with murder  |

Timing. Wrong place, wrong time… . It's all about timing in the end!  . Personally it appears it was an accident. I am sure the driver looked out first before opening his door, but the biker just happened to be at his door when he opened it. Seconds either way could've changed the outcome.
