No shit! Especially when double parked and that close to the street. You can see where he just threw the fucking door wide open. I bet he didn't even bother to look. If you've ever traveled on a freeway and your car breaks down and you manage to drive it off to the emergency lane. It's dangerously close to the busy slow lane and you can hear cars whizzing by. Do you just throw you car door wide open? Think about it! Not me, hell no! I'm opening the fucking door one inch at a time to see if anything is coming. This fucker just throws his door wide open. So, do I think he should be shot! Duh, Yeah! |

No. Could have been easily avoided if the asshole guy opening his car door checked 1st. Pretty simple to do. Especially in places like this where scooters and motorcycles are used by so many people and are on the roads all the time. You have to look 1st. Make sure youre clear.
