This guy is like the frog. A symptom of a bigger problem. The problem is obvious but we need something like this living peice of shit to show us all that things are really getting bad. They tend to show and express the results of things in the ecosystem that will, if left unchecked, evolve into a metastatic and dibilitating problem. But not like cancer, no more like a prion disorder just a pos do-nothing-right that's only effective function is to encourage others to similarly dysfunction. Shit People love it and people who aren't shit people hear/ read it and are tainted by it, and are desensitized to its dysfunction so much so that they be come part of it. Depraved. Sad. |

Because being on the beach at the ocean is actually pretty loud. It’s not like being on a lake. With all the waves coming in to shore it is a constant dull roar, that’s a lot of background noise, and if the boat had been there for a while, that noise would also blend right in and become background noise. Even if they did see it when it turned towards them, as her brother(?) already did, they wouldn’t be able to move very quickly at all because, first, they were in the water, and also because of the speed the boat was traveling. Besides, it is not the victim’s responsibility to avoid the boat. The captain of that vessel is responsible for having complete control over his vessel 100% of the time. It seems to me that the captain made the mistake of looking at what he was towing, and not watching where he was going.  |
