Re: Teenage Girl is Fatally Electrocuted After Stepping on Broken Cable in the Rain
Kind of odd... buddy's legs looked like they didn't work but he was able to get away so not completely paralyzed but did not help his friend? Maybe continued being mildly shocked and was doing his best to get away? Quite strange.

People seen the cables fall but either didn't report it and or officals didn't come to block off the area? |

So, they were trying to get home, amd they died, because their politicians and their millionaire/billionaire friends are having just the best time. Just not on that street. On the ones were the electric wiring is underground.

Re: Teenage Girl is Fatally Electrocuted After Stepping on Broken Cable in the Rain
Actually, she was wearing sandals but took them off to walk in the rain. How do I know? Take a look at her left hand. She is carrying them to avoid getting them wet and slipping and sliding while walking in them. |

Re: Teenage Girl is Fatally Electrocuted After Stepping on Broken Cable in the Rain
I think this is the most likely scenario: They both got a "lower" voltage shock from the water that dropped them to their knees. When the woman fell, she put her left hand on the ground to brace herself, placing her hand directly on the cable. She immediately dropped dead after placing the left hand. The man never came in physical contact with the cable, so he survived. I think he was receiving a low level shock the entire time he was in the water, which is why he had limited muscle control. Same effect as the muscles locking up when touching an electric fence. |
