I doubt that the person screaming had much control over it. I'd assume that it's a pretty normal response to be hysterical after seeing someone die right in front of you.

It's awful to think of how scared the poor boy must have been. He would have known that he was slipping out + there was no way to stop it. Absolutely terrifying for him.

I picture he first saw flashes of a Ronald McDonald clown, his first happy meal, again Ronald McDonald, then his first mcbreakfast, cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, quarter pounder, Ronald McDonald, large coke, Diet Coke, milkshakes, quarter pounders, happy meals, quarter pounders, the floor closing in, Ronald McDonald, Big Mac, hamburglar, and then the same but faster and faster. This all happened in a slot second but basically he saw flashing before his eyes everything that had led up to this point  |
