Taxi Driver Hanged + Dumped in the Boot of a Car
Yesterday (12th September 2018) in San Pablo Etla, the body of a taxi driver was found in the boot of a car. The man had been hanged by "the hands of subjects of the Jalisco Cartel Nueva Generación". Those must be level 1 executioners (I made that up). You just can’t jump right into dismemberment, decapitation, torture, acid baths and organ removal. You gotta move up in the ranks. There’s a code of conduct, even in hell (also made up).
