Saw a similar post where a russian driver slams his truck onto a monument at the T point. I guess in both cases there were no rumble strips or speed breakers to caution the driver to slow down/ wake up from "road hypnosis" (google it). Generally, there're 2 or more speed breakers starting atleast 500 mtrs from the potential accident spot to avoid such mishaps
