Had to be. I've pumped propane before and let me tell you, it is COLD! That alone would have likely frozen me in my tracks, but then to get fire on top of that. That is no good! On another note though, I wonder if propane in China is required to have that distinctive propane smell added to it. |

At least only the 2 knuckleheads who started the leak, died. Looks like they both passed out and fell to the ground nearly the same time... Being unconscious definitely spared much of the suffering... |

LNG is, "liquefied natural gas", this is 100% NOT that. This would require a cryogenic transport vehicle and when it turns back to a gas it is lighter than air. This was LPG "liquid propane gas" which is a liquid under pressure at room temperature, NOT requiring cryogenic temps and is *heavier* than air in gaseous form....

Did you notice how the flames went after the 2 persons running away ? Creepy, Must have been covered in vapour
