Ok i understand most of what's been said in this video.

All those who were brutally killed were: Gangsters, extortionists, murderers and alcoholic rapists.

Some examples are the guy a 02:30 (3rd video). Him and his criminal friends would beseige women whilst drunk and would restrain, imprison and rape them.

The narrator says, that's why we put a dog on his head, as he acted like one.
