Thank you sir. There are a lot of cool videos out of the middle east that are just decimated by that infernal waling. Tons really. Not usually the nicest quality footage though. But the addition of this terrible, blown out, nightmare man-moaning actually built the automatic reflex in me to only start playing death videos (all death videos) in mute mode--to this day still. I often even pass up watching them at all if there's the slightest accidental exposure to it. I've thought about re-scoring and reposting some of the older ones sometime, but I don't want to catch any fuss for reposting. Maybe, if I used the original post's title, only with the caveat "re-scored", and maybe credited the original poster in the description it would be alright. I've been working periodically on a long Brazilian compilation, but in deciding to, both, learn how to, and to create a video with footage that's actually synchronized to the different rhythmic aspects of a song I feel I've quite entered a quagmire. Literally hundred of segments, files and improperly organized video slivers. Trying to cluster and thematically line up multiple moving images around, only, little spikes along a timeline--the visual representations of the music that I usually listen to. It'll be cool once its done though. However, I really should have dipped my toes into a few more smaller projects before just big-mama bellyflopping into something so large. Especially without even really knowing how to navigate most of these non-$400 software environments. I need some smaller side projects to bring the fun, and more immediate tactile results of video editing back to me. It'll be called The Fall Of Brazantium, or possibly Brazantium Falls. But working on it right now, I feel like how the Human children probably must, when they are doing one of their so called "Home Works" or when they do a "Cramming" for one of their absurd exams. |
