So, I guess the cop wanted to finish writing his ticket before attending to the crash... Taiwan ticket quotas must be brutal, or he was real close to winning a new toaster for most speeding tickets.

I love in a highly Asian populated city in the US. I have counted multiple incidents or wrong way drivers, and red lights and stop signs seem to be suggestions and nothing more. I count to 3 before moving on a green light.
