Is it the pole the biker hit on his fly by?  It IS really difficult to see the light there! Very different than in the US.

I spent two weeks driving around Taiwan and found the roads to be excellent. Most junctions are signalized, the scenery is beautiful and the people are amongst the nicest in the world.

At about 7:00 am today (26th), a fatal traffic accident occurred in Jiaoxi, Yilan. A passenger car surnamed Wu ran a red light illegally and collided with a heavy-duty rider surnamed Z, causing the rider to be knocked into the air about 2 stories high, and then fell to the seat area outside the supermarket on the side of the road, leaving blood all over the floor and sent to the hospital. The rescue was still declared dead. Neither driver was under the influence of alcohol, and the detailed cause of the accident is yet to be clarified by the police. A 67-year-old man surnamed Wu in Jiaoxi Township, Yilan was driving a blue passenger car and ran a red light illegally while driving east to west along Dacheng Road, and hit a 23-year-old man surnamed Z. who was riding a heavy motorcycle. The knight surnamed Z. was hit and flew about 2 After reaching a high floor, he collapsed in the seating area outside the supermarket and left blood all over the floor, while the front of the blue passenger car was almost completely destroyed, with parts scattered all over the place. The accident not only affected the supermarket, but also a white passenger car on the side of the road.  · |
