I spent two weeks driving around Taiwan and found the roads to be excellent. Most junctions are signalized, the scenery is beautiful and the people are amongst the nicest in the world.

At about 7:00 am today (26th), a fatal traffic accident occurred in Jiaoxi, Yilan. A passenger car surnamed Wu ran a red light illegally and collided with a heavy-duty rider surnamed Z, causing the rider to be knocked into the air about 2 stories high, and then fell to the seat area outside the supermarket on the side of the road, leaving blood all over the floor and sent to the hospital.
