A man shot in the head and still alive. There are clashes in the area between 'Free Syrian Army'/Al-Qaeda and the Syrian army. The 'Free Syrian Army' and their Al-Qaeda allies follow a well rehearsed tactic to enter civilian areas with heavy weapons, putting the lives and properties of all in danger as they wage a terrible guerilla war using IEDs and suicide missions.

It is unknown who this man is, what side he was on, if he was even fighting, or just caught up in the chaos. The cameraman is not any wiser, he has walked into a medical facility randomly. Someone else is telling him audibly on camera the name of the man, and he is repeating after that person. The man is named as Abdurahman Taffash عبد الرحمن طفاش. The cameraman also repeats after the other speaker that the man was shot at 5.00AM
