no, he was an excellent sniper. he was was hitting non-vital areas on purpose at first. he wanted to draw out the others to help him, and then kill them. in the end it was a rapid succession of kill shots. |

Those cocksuckers stole this tactic straight from the movie Full Metal Jacket. Sniper shoots one of their butt buddies then tries to draw out the others to try and rescue him. Truly laughable.  |
