I am not sure if anyone ever translated this video. However this is not the dad but merely someone who works at morgue and he is shouting and asking "what crime did this little girl do to deserve this?". He is blaming everyone, the arab rulers who are funneling millions of dollars to Jihadists so they can gain some interest in Syria, President Assad and his thugs who don't give a damn except to save their throne, The US for merely watching or giving aid to the wrong people, such as Ex-Assad generals who claim to be freedom fighters and participating in the massacres, and finally Muslims in general who are doing nothing to stop the blood shed and disgrace their religion by allowing such atrocities to take place while they do nothing. At some point in the Video some one is asking in the background, if anyone knows the parents of this little girl then inquiring, if they have been killed along with their daughter.

This is why the guy who is shouting and carrying the girl is taking this very well, as she is not his own daughter as it has been assumed, but he still appears to be pissed off at the entire world. Hope this helps.... Mark

Comrades, this travesty is clearly the work of the heavy handed, swine, and jackbooted thugs, of the American law enforcement community. YOur wrong. China itself could economicaly kill the USA within 1 day, Saudi Arabia too, but iam sure wether China noir Russia would ever act like the US. EVERY Country can get everything he wants peacefully, maybe he pays more, but he can. The main problem is that the United States has unending money, they will never pay back their debts, but they can everytime make more, because if you dont lend them money or ressources u get attacked.
