Re: Syrian Dad Shows His Ripped to Pieces Kid
If they stopped stacking kids around feild artiliery when launching assaults, they wouldn't get blown up..... They just posted a video of the fucking retards huddling children around a elderly man while doing exactly what I mentioned. Then post videos and cry for remorse....my remorse is for the kids that just don't know any better. We should just evacute all the youth and nuke the hell out of the adults in that shit hole. |

Re: Syrian Dad Shows His Ripped to Pieces Kid
Yes, this is pretty much what I implied in my post, that it's their upbringing that desensitizes them to the point where they have absolutely zero scruples about exploiting their children, even in death. But I beg to differ that it's not a cultural thing. See too much of this - violent death as a way of life - and it becomes their culture. It's just so creepy & grotesque that they do this sort of thing, live by the sword, then die by the blast, and then try to elicit world sympathy by exploiting their own murdered children for their agendas & propaganda purposes. It's why it's hard to sympathize with these people - on either side. "There are bastards on both sides." Cal (1984) |

All I know is, I would never let my kid grow up in the Middle East, even if I was born there, I would get the fuck out, find somewhere peaceful, that shit right there is why it will never end.

Re: Syrian Dad Shows His Ripped to Pieces Kid
Yeah, but that's not culture in the truest sense; it's post-traumatic insanity. Not every Syrian citizen is a member of the FSA, or one of Assad's thugs. As with all "organized" societies, the majority are just rank-and-file folks who can be pushed too far. Most of them are just trying to get by. I don't see what the guy does in this video as being exploitative; I see it as him holding up the truth. He may not be weeping and wailing and blubbering like a baby on the floor, but that's what desensitization does to you; he's left only with his anger. It's not like he's trying to make a profit off of his kid's corpse; he's just essentially saying, "Look what's happening. This is fucking bullshit." Honestly, I'd be the same way after having to deal with that kind of chaos for longer than any civilized person should have to. It would basically come down to, "Look at this shit. Are fucking kidding me?!" |
