I hate to be that guy, but I'm pretty sure this is fake. I'm almost sure I've seen this kid before in other propaganda 'post attack' videos. There's also a girl they like to reuse a lot too. The purpose of these vids tends to be to get donations to the "white hats" and other undercover ISIS operations. Not quite sure I buy this as being legit.

I noticed the man walking around is wearing combat fatigues, and that is not the uniform of Peshmerga fighters or indeed YPG volunteer fighters. Also, all the voices are speaking Arabic, so these are not Kurds speaking to each other.
The only hope I have that this is not a war crime or even a terrible accident remains in the possibility that these are Islamic State fighters or affiliated jihadists. The boy is old enough to be operating with them, which is often the case for intelligence gathering purposes, and we have even seen boys of this age participating in executions.
It is difficult to identify the fighters with such limited information, but I would bet my salary that they are jihadists from what I can see and hear on this video.
