Syria: Torture - Hospital Staff Torturing Patients
Medical staff at the Homms Syrian military hospital are torturing patients, while they are in their beds shackled down. Its already bad enough patients are hurt and prostrated in a bed, but to add more suffering and pain while they are supposed to be in a "safe" place to recover is beyond me...
