I don't know the story behind this but i guess the man that explodes is wearing a explosive vest. Great footage.It is either in Syria or at a Syrian embassy. Sorry if this is a repost, i tried to look for it on here....could not find it. |

If you watch frame by frame all of the meat that goes flying comes from dude’s arm, the one who is sitting up after it goes off. If you look closely you can see he’s no longer got a hand and his forearm is just bone.
