I used to say this all the time out in Iraq when a $250,000 missile was launched into a high rise building, often not because there was a threat but to deter snipers etc from using it....what about the many families living in that building...not many fucks where given for the average Iraqi who was initially pleased with the "liberation" but soon changed when this kind of treatment was dished out..
