It would be hard to say for sure. I would think alot would depend on the condition of certain organs. Personally, I think he is gonna die and will be in complete agony, until then.

Why not just put him out of his misery? He seems to be somewhat in shock but also aware that his body is fucked up beyond repair. Someone help the poor bastard. =/ I would want someone to put a bullet in my head and end it quickly, personally.
