The Fake Syrian Army don’t keep prisoners. They kidnap civilians, and if the family can’t afford to pay the ransom, they kill them on camera.
That way there is an example set for other families and a propaganda video.
And if family pays up, then they get to keep the money to support their work free lifestyle. That’s on top of the $7 Million sent in by the Canadian government.
