Re: Suzuki JTA GSX 750 Rider Hits Yamaha YBR 125 and a Wall and Dies
I have mixed emotions about "fleeing the scene" in this case. If he had been responsible for the accident, it truly would have been "fleeing the scene". But since he didn't CAUSE the accident,(In fact, had NOTHING to do with it in ANY way) it's more like "getting on with his business, instead of standing around all day because of some fuckwit's idiot actions". That is a far more ACCURATE answer. Really, I'm supposed to spend all day standing around for the investigation?? SERIOUSLY?!?! There are people who get PAID for that. Let them do their job, and THEY can stand around all day investigating. They can watch the video, and if they still have questions, they can WATCH IT AGAIN, LOUDER! And if they did give the guy a hassle, they can also pay for the scratches on his bike, while they are at it! |

Another numbnuts on a bike too powerful for them to handle safely. His brakes are already locked up as he comes into the frame.

That is exhaust. He would have tipped before hand with front brakes locked up. He had his foot off the back brakes. I guess his ego told him that his foot down would be a better option. He was clearly wrong |

What country is this? Assuming it's Brazil, he's probably fleeing the scene bc he's wanted for murder. I mean that's the logical thought I have after spending too much time on this website.

Can’t figure out if he is wearing a helmet or not. Would a helmet saved his life in this case? His head went straight into the wall. Could his spine or neck had been broken due to the impact he made with the top of his head? Was his death instant? |

Looks like he slammed against the wall and the bike smashed him against the wall after the initial impact. Pretty sure thats enough to turn his insides to mush.

The rider was wearing a helmet - you can see their head roll through the bottom left corner of the frame.

You could very well be right. I hadn't even considered that. They guy who drove away could just have finished providing video fodder for us to enjoy. And he didn't even wave.
