This is going to sound very strange but it's very normal & in the best interest to drive the fuck outta as quickly as possible in that part of the world even if you're not at fault else you gona get lynched pretty bad & possibly die or worse face permanent disability of some sort. People will blame the driver of the bigger vehicle no matter what. In some cases, the driver later walks to the police station at a safe zone to describe the ordeal so the law can take it course as the vehicle can easily be traced & so the driver.

Going by the cctv timer, it's 30 mins past midnight so the roads must be rather empty & both parties decide to take a jolly ride. No helmet for the bikers as usual & driving dead in the middle of the road at that speed (possibly drunk)
