Dude, fuck what anyone says about being a cop. I know there’s some bad ones out there, not everyone is good. But the sheer amount of terror clearly in his voice when he was making that split second decision of weather to trust random dude that ran up on him with one of his guns. Props to them for handling it. Fuck the other guy for putting people in that position in the first place. Fuck criminals.    |

The fact that the off-duty cop on his way for a vacation probably risked his life to help out a fellow officer in need is so endearing. He coulda just kept driving and been like welp, not my problem. Good on him, he deserves some recognition for that selfless act. |

I don’t think any idiot with a badge from some other jurisdiction should immediately be trusted and given a gun. Unless they know the dude and trust him, whose to say it isn’t some wannabe cop who has a fake badge. They hire cops to patrol specific counties and states, let the tax payer funded cops handle it. I don’t give a shit if Officer Buttfuck is passing through, keep moving.
