It's pretty obvious WTF if you look at the video. The cop was knelling behind the part of the bus the perp had previous been up on and had taken the fire extinguisher from. The cop does not know if the perp is dead, or not, and he doesn't know if the perp is armed. I have to agree that the woman cop totally screwed up and should be promoted to unemployed. |

Also that female cop is dangerous, her actions escalated the situation where more people could have been shot. Someone that walks so carelessly around flashing a weapon then getting freaked when someone actually fights back is bad.

The headshots when the guy was already obviously incapacitated are excessive, but adrenaline is a hell of a drug, and he probably wouldn't have lived anyway.  Agreed that the female cop escalated the hell out of that situation. Sad.
