Didn't he along with two or three others rob a bank before the police showed up and start this whole confrontation? The others were killed and this guy was the last one left and he gave the police a run for their money.  |

Actually Larry Phillips died first, his partner Emil Matasarenu was eventually confronted in a street by police and exchanged fire directly. Emil Mataserenu was then detained by police and left on the street handcuffed for over an hour I believe and ended up bleeding to death in the street. I think he suffered several bullet wounds even though he was wearing full body armor.

Emil Matasareanu was romanian ! like me, but yes he was alive when police caught him, but to bad the fuckers let him die, bleeding to death
