so not sure if i understand this... people would rather stand there with cameras and watch the people kill themself instead of trying to help  they are all fucked up |

Wow, that was such a depressing thing to watch. But I can imagine why people would want to end their lives this way. It must feel so free, just an endless fall to peace..

Out of 1,300+ people that have jumped 26 survived. I read about one guy who even managed to swim to shore and get himself to hospital. They're meant to be putting a massive anti-suicide net across the entire span in the next couple of years to stop people jumping.
