Suicide Jump from Tenth Floor Landing Next to Cyclist
On February 13, in Quy Nhon city, a man suspected of jumping from the 10th floor of an apartment building landing on Xuan Thuy street next to a cyclist. The police examined the scene, investigated and trying to clarify the cause of the incident. Currently, there is no specific information about the victim's identity but he's in his 40's. According to some witnesses present at the scene, at around 2:30 p.m. the same day, residents of the apartment building heard a loud noise. When they checked, they discovered a person lying motionless on the apartment building's internal road. Edit video so dr watermark doesn't cover the action.   |

He almost got taken out by a flying dead guy although he would have actually been taken out by a flying alive guy who would have then been a dead flat guy lying next to another one.  Glad bike kid survived |
