His head does explode, you can see a pinkish mist as he impacts the ground. They don't look normal when falling below 750 feet, but you can tell they're human. When they fall from a higher distance, the body explodes and scatters everywhere. Terminal velocity means they won't fall any faster while in a prone, spread out position. If they're feet up or down, they can reach upwards of 150 mph. People that jumped from the towers on 9/11 reached around 150 mph, and their blood misted and spread out so much it didn't hardly pool up unless other jumpers landed in the same area. |
