Most times it is a situation in which the person is in need of medication they are not taking/getting. May be the cause of the reason he was surrounded in the first place? idk the backstory...  |

I remember seeing a video on that, I think on a compilation somewhere, maybe here but I really can't remember. But I like the way he casually kneels down, looks calmly at the officers and then BANG!
