The first is he doesn't kick out the chair, leaving him the option to change his mind at the last second. If this was a real goodbye and he was really done, why wear a parachute while skydiving?

The second is his choice of noose, it seems like his intent was to mitigate as much neck pain as possible, but he actually did himself a disservice by making it loose because it wasn't cutting off the blood flow properly and seemed conscious throughout the entire video. I think the width of the tie or whatever, was the key factor here. Maybe he was just stupid and thought it would work.

I've watched videos where you can see the person try to breathe either voluntarily or involuntarily, but I don't recall ever actually hearing any air intake while the chest rises and falls. But yeah, idk.

I am not claiming that this is fake but what caught my eye was that the "rope" that he's using is under his chin more than it's around his neck. That might have accounted for his head facing a little more upward than normal, which led to his prolonged dancing and twitching. Maybe he was getting a little bit of air (gasping) but not enough to eventually keep him alive.
