I agree,seeing other hangings on here this looks fake to me too,notice how his face didn't change colour? If the knot was at the back surely his head would be pushed forward too

Nah. Seen too many of these. He didn't tie it right and didn't cut circulation completely. The convulsions and the arms contorting were real. It just took for fucking ever.
