I'm no expert, but it looks like he really wanted to do this, because that noose looks loose, and he clearly had enough room to grab the handrail or rock back to the stair behind him to abort during the panic of dying/suffocating.

Then again, I'm no expert.

Right, This is a video from Thailand. The narrator was saying that "this guy used electrical wires to make knot and then stand on the chair. Before we lost is breath, he may be holding on to the handrail. It seem that he didn't use the toilet before his death."

anyways, they turned him around because the doctor wanted to see his back (Some Traditional Thai tattoo there). Some people were making jokes because the doctors seem scared lol

Then the narrator went on saying "as you can see the blood dripping down. This helps us indicate that this person should have been death for at least three days

then they cut the wires

I know here in America, it is illegal for state departments to release any pictures or videos of the departed out of respect of the families.

Most government's don't give a shit about the families of the deceased and will do anything to make a dollar. We should be thankful of that greed since we enjoy gazing upon the grim realities of our fucked up world.

The Nikki Catsouras photographs controversy is a great example as to why the American government strictly forbids the distribution of graphic pictures depicting accidents and homicides.

The Catsouras family suffered mental trauma I cannot even begin to imagine due to the horrific pictures of their loved one. Her sisters were afraid to go to school because some ass threatened to post the pictures of Nikki's ruins in their locker. Some other asshole actually sent the pictures to her fathers e-mail. Once pictures go viral on the Internet, it is impossible to remove them all.

Imagine seeing a picture of your mother with her brains splattered all over the place.
