One things for sure, "my kids fucked up in the fucking head" .. well if her kid wasn't already, she surely is now. "dude, let me help you by you not watching someone kill themselves" ... The moment she laid down, put the gun to her head and let out a cry it was obvious it was becoming hopeless.  I suppose if he would have shot her in the arm and the gun still went off, there would have been terrible consequences for the cop. There were several opportunities for a taser if they would have had one. But in the end you can't blame the cops, she was just screwed up. Someone called the cops to have them come to the house.

That was so sad. I’ve felt the same exact way about myself when my depression has been out of control. I wish she could have brought herself to put the gun down because those babies are going to suffer their entire lives knowing their mom chose to leave them. I’ve whitnessed that sorrow after a suicide. There’s always something that can be tried to bring depression under control. Depression sucks!
