Because it's more effective: temple is not 100% Deadly,... and the mouth, well, a lot of people miss death but have a destroyed face after fail...because of the weapon's recoil. Between eyes, you're nearly sure to destroy your brain with no pain. (back of the head is the better way I think, but dificult to do so, have to ask someone...  )
