I'm so glad you didn't!! The memories you & your son will have is worth staying alive for. It's sad to think you're living only on behalf of him but I was that way once, too. It took a LOT of bad decision making on my part, before I realized just how blessed I actually was & didn't know it. My perception was all wrong.
Now, life is far better than I could've ever dreamed possible.

If you're depressed or dealing with anxiety, please go see a doctor. Getting on the rights meds & dosage make all the difference. An antidepressant, antianxiety & a beta blocker called Propranolol worked for me. I can't stress to you enough, how much better things are & apparently a lot of it had to do with evening out chemical imbalances.

There's more in store for you, in this life 11B2P. It does get better but it all begins with that step in the right direction, like your choice to stay alive. It's a process but one that's well worth it.

As for this woman... did it not look like, at some point after she was in the water, either she started flailing about? or could that have been something in the water getting a hold of her? That moment of her letting go & falling... always seems to happen in slow motion for me. Like, I can just see her thoughts...immediately regretting having done that. Wishing there was some way to go back in time or make it stop, then boom.
