Re: Suicidal Man Jumps from Roof Ledge of Building
Landing back or belly first is the most efficient way. That way the clavicle rips the ascending aorta and the whiplash guarantees loss of consciousness. You can survive a while with severe brain damage, writhing pain with no way to express it. You can survive with all kinds of broken bones just long enough to be hooked up to IVs and oxygen that’ll keep you floating in misery as your almost dead body is driven to the hospital so the doctor can officially unplug you and call it a day. Your brain will do everything it can to survive an extra few agonizing minutes in the most suffering of conditions. But if you land prone, it’s like a scissor-snip to your brain’s blood supply and there’s not a damn thing anyone or anything can do to prolong your pain. So man-up and do a bellyflop. |
