Yes, I noticed this too. I notice that it's also similar in other videos such as self inflicted gun shot, the body will tense up then slowly "deflate" or what not. But I wonder, could this bodily reaction be the result of the brain going through seizure before shutting down? I wonder if the individual is still perceptive in some way, and would imagine their subject vision would look like "skipping frames", similar to that of a stroke, or something more extreme.
