I agree, I grabbed the video, but due to the slow frame rate and interlaced security video, the guy falling just looks like a ghost, he's just transparent. But I think his arm does wack the guy standing, and by the quick nature of it, I too would guess his neck snapped. The moral though, boys and girls, if you look up (which I didn't expect when I started watching and knew what was going to happen) and see a suicide jumper... MOVE!  |
