Suicidal Drug Addict Jumps from 7th Floor
He climbed out of the window and was standing on the ledge for over 5 minutes while bystanders did nothing to prevent him from jumping. They laughed and mocked him and no one bothered to call the fire department/police. This happened in a village called Orenburg Steppe.
