Lets think in scientific way. I think this is caused by the force blunting through the object into his stomach leading to shattered internal organ. if thats true, they can't CPR so stop being an idiot. CPR on the person with internal organ or something shattered inside can cause more severe damage and more internal bleeding. |

If there isn't much of a break in the recording, he bled out very quickly. I don't think a shattered organ, like the liver, would have made him bleed out that fast.
